SENATE BILL NO. 55 "An Act extending the termination date of the                                                                
State Medical Board; and providing for an effective date" was read the

Senator Olson, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                               
adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on page 685.                                                               
Senator Myers objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no                                                             
further objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 55(FIN) "An Act                                                                       
extending the termination date of the Board of Certified Direct-Entry                                                           
Midwives; extending the termination date of the State Medical Board;                                                            
and providing for an effective date" was adopted.
